November 2013: Eating and Drinking
Food and drink are fuel for our bodies, yet they are so much more than that. What we eat and drink often reflects our culture, values and beliefs. The food we prepare and share can express love towards our family and others close to us. Our relationship to eating and drinking, however, can have both positive and negative aspects; in this issue of Mothering Matters, we address both, with affection. We hope you will enjoy this selection of articles and columns, and, as always, we welcome your feedback.
