‘Shadow and Light’ is the topic for our current October / November 2017 issue. Life, in general, is filled with shadow and light, ups and downs, highs and lows and family life is not exempt from that. In fact, as a parent, you may at times feel there is more shadow than light as life’s responsibilities and worries now extend beyond you to the loved ones in your care. We hope that our current issue will give you some different perspectives, new ideas or just something to briefly distract you.
